Ruben recognized a critical gap in communication and service between general contractors and clients. Driven by a passion for creating positive change, he built a company that prioritizes quality, innovation, and building lasting relationships. Today, Sayan is a leader in the multifamily industry, committed to delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations.

Having worked my way through the multifamily renovation business for over a decade, I noticed that the #1 problem that management companies and owners face is a lack of quick communication, commitment, and follow-through with their GCs. We are here to change that.
