Meet Our Founder
Growing up in the construction industry, Ruben Ortiz learned the value of hard work from the ground up-hauling paint, picking up trash, climbing ladders, and gaining firsthand experience across every aspect of the trade. After decades of hands-on experience and witnessing both the strengths and shortcomings of the industry, he founded Sayan Construction in 2014 with a clear vision: to raise the standard for customer service, communication, and quality. Recognizing a critical gap between contractors and clients, Ruben built a company focused on innovation, accountability, and lasting relationships. Today, Sayan is a trusted leader in the multifamily industry, known for delivering exceptional results and consistently exceeding client expectations.
