Out with the old in with the new! We brought this outdated resident center up to date by completely renovating it with modern amenities and luxury fixtures.

Provided our client with multiple full building color samples so they could get a good idea what the finished product looked like before proceeding with the entire complex.
The Solution
Strategic Approach:
Sayan prioritized an efficient, open-concept layout that maximized mat space for training while integrating high-traffic zones for spectators and storage through a thorough due diligence and design process.
The Scope of Work:
The build-out included the installation of specialized, impact-resistant flooring, custom cabinetry for gear storage and the front desk, and a modern lighting package designed to illuminate the mats without creating glare for practitioners.
Overcoming Obstacles:
Managing the installation of specialized athletic mats and high-traffic finishes required precision timing; Sayan coordinated the sub-contractors to ensure the facility was fully “Sayan Strong” and ready for the grand opening without delaying the gym’s training schedule.
The Impact
The result is a premier, state-of-the-art Jiu-Jitsu facility that seamlessly blends style with practicality. By delivering a space that is as visually striking as it is functional, Sayan helped Iron Trinity establish an immediate professional presence in Lewisville. The new gym effectively supports their mission of elite training while providing a modern, welcoming hub for their growing community.
