Project Summary
We were able to complete this project in a timely manner within our client’s budget. From start to finish we had a dedicated project manager to maintain clear & effective communication with property management and the ownership group. Below you can see some photos of the project. Below are some shots of the rehab process underway. This project had a variety of items in the scope that we were able to take care of for our client. We did everything from exterior paint to concrete work, to adding in brand new amenities for residents to enjoy.
Project Scope
- Replaced 100% of wood trim with fiber cement trim
- Rebuild several 3 story stair landings
- Removed and poured over 5,000 sf of concrete
- Exterior paint scheme change
- New monument sign concrete base
- Total Bldgs: 16
- Total Units: 264
